This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and welcoming staff who helped with directions during my first stay. The massages are a must-try! I'm definitely coming back for a romantic escape....  

It was just a fine choice for a passing visit in Taipei with definitely value for money. The staff suggested some great local restaurants that made our stay even better. Make sure to explore the nearby MRT—it’s super convenient.

I had an enjoyable stay with clean, comfortable accommodations. The staff was generally helpful, and I appreciated the convenient location near local eateries. However, the breakfast options could be improved, as there was limited variety. Despite this, it's great for exploring the area and perfect for families.

The check-in process needs better management!!! The room mirror's annoying lighting isn't ideal for sleep, and the AC is frustratingly ineffective!!! They really could have offered earlier housekeeping services!!!

Great location near many local attractions.

I found the check-in process incredibly frustrating. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested, taking way too long to assist me. To add to my irritation, the room's lighting was a disaster. one particular light couldn’t be turned off, which made it impossible to sleep properly. The air conditioning was also ineffective, keeping the room uncomfortably cold even at the highest setting, and the thin blanket provided didn't help. Overall, it was not the relaxing stay I had hoped for.

I had a lovely stay at the Garden Hotel, Ximending. The spacious Premier Double Room had a great view, and the staff provided exceptional service. Only downside was the slightly annoying AI system, but the overall experience made it worth it.

The Premier Triple Room was spacious and had these awesome floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the street. The soundproofing was great too, which helped with the city noise. The bathroom was nice with a sitting bathtub and fantastic water pressure. Plenty of space for luggage and snacks were a nice bonus! The beds were comfy and I loved the extra amenities like the sweet virtual assistant for controlling room settings.

Our stay at Taipei Garden Hotel, Ximending was delightful! The Premier Quadruple Room was spacious, with two comfortable king beds and a lovely view. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of vegan options,...  

The hotel is in a great location close to Ximending, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious and clean. However, the electric kettle could boil water better, and the bathroom design lacked privacy. Overall, it’s a decent stay.

Comfortable room, attentive service, featuring a convenient location just 0.5 km from the nearest subway station, and a lovely snack bar for delightful treats throughout the day.

Great location near night markets, but Wi-Fi was spotty during my stay.

The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the Xiaonanmen Station. The breakfast selection was good, but the food ran out quickly on busy days. Room cleanliness could improve. some towels were stained. Overall, a decent stay but needs some attention to detail.
